Law of the Sea Workshop

The ocean is vitally important for countries in the Asia-Pacific. It supports the economic and social wellbeing of coastal communities, and for States, it is both a provider of, and a threat to, security. The legal framework on which human activities at sea is based is fundamental to promoting a peaceful, prosperous, and environmentally sustainable future. In this seminar series, we explore some key issues for countries in the Asia Pacific region and the law of the sea.

This event will be held in Wellington, New Zealand and will also be available online as a webinar. Information about how to access the workshop will be sent once registration is completed.
